Feature: TwitterHandler should still post messages longer than 140 character (somehow!)
Do something with long messages (<140 characters) to allow them to somehow be usefully posted to Twitter. Likely, GNU Social will need this too for sites that enforce the ridiculous 140-char limit. Opinions are my own.

Messages longer than 140 characters are truncated. A link to the original source message is attached to the end of the truncated text.
